- Implemented current Cranfield Precision CAD system, drew up and implemented operating procedures
- Named inventor on patented design of multi -way fibre optic connector for 3M company
- Managed major project spanning 3 years to design, manufacture and supply equipment to aeronautics research industry
- Named inventor on patent for new method and mechanisms for grinding re-entrant cam lobes.
- Resigned from Moore Tool Co in 2004 to start current company after identifying a requirement for quality and dependable machine design services throughout diverse industries.
